Personal Data & Privacy at One Digital 

Who we are 

The One Digital programme is a collaboration of five partner organisations who are delivering a Big Lottery Funded project(s). The programme is co-hosted by Age UK (registered charity number 1128267. Company number 6825798). And also by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO). SCVO is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation. Charity registered in Scotland SC003558. Our registered office is Mansfield Traquair Centre, 15 Mansfield Place, Edinburgh, EH3 6BB.   

One Digital has no independent legal status and its privacy and data protection policies are the responsibility of SCVO who will work in cooperation with Age UK.

All One Digital partners have their own data and privacy policies which are available on their websites. 

One Digital partners share data and information between themselves.  The One Digital policy and privacy notices indicates when and why this happens.  When data is passed to a One Digital partner it will be stored and used in accordance with their data and privacy policies. 



The One Digital website is hosted by SCVO. 

Simply by browsing this website, One Digital will not record any personal data about you except your IP address. 

Your IP address is the individual identification number that is assigned to your computer when it is connected to the Internet. It is required to be used by our EU-based servers to enable you to browse the website. It is also stored for up to a month in logs to enable us to investigate errors. 

We use Google Analytics cookies to track how the website is used, but personal data is not recorded and your internet (IP) address is anonymised. Find out more about how we use cookies.
