Our Performance
We report on our performance quarterly and have been collecting data since the start of the One Digital collaboration in December 2015. The key data (key performance indicators – KPIs) we collect is:
How many partners the One Digital projects are working with (organisations engaged).
How many people we support to gain new digital skills – our learners.
How many Digital Champions we’ve recruited.

Evaluation – phase one 2015-16
The ‘test and learn’ phase of One digital was designed to assess the suitability of using skilled and trained Digital Champions on a large scale to help people get online and develop their digital skills. The project was a huge success recruiting 1179 Digital Champions and supporting over 11,000 individuals to improve their essential digital skills. An executive summary of the evaluation can be found here.
